2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to the re‑homing of abandoned, stray and surrendered kittens and cats in need of a loving home.

2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a registered Australian Charity and not‑for‑profit organisation run solely by volunteers in the south‑eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Started in July 2011 with the purpose of re‑homing de‑sexed, vaccinated and micro‑chipped cats and kittens to good homes. So far we have re-homed well over 2000 cats and kittens.

New Fee Schedule for 2020

Due to rising vet costs there will be some changes to 2nd Chance Cat Rescue's adoption fees. These fees also now include FREE microchip change of ownership, ensuring that if your pet ever gets lost, they are returned safely to you.

Adult & Mothers $80
Kittens (6 - 12 month olds) $180
Kittens (up to 6 months) $250
